Sponsored by Soroptimist International of Cameron Park and Placerville – “A Chocolate Affair” is a special evening to share with friends and acquaintances.

February 11th from 6pm to 9pm, includes chocolate, food, wine and beer tasting along with a live and silent auction to benefit El Dorado County women, children and families. Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the door, subject to availability. Event will take place at the El Dorado County Fairgrounds, 100 Placerville Drive.

This elegant Make-A-Wish Foundation event raises funds to grant wishes for children ages 2 1/2 to 18 with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich their human experience with hope, strength, and joy. Last year this fundraiser was able to grant 87 wishes to children from the chapter; the Sacramento and Northeastern local chapter covers 24 counties – from Redding down to Stockton and Modesto.
